| Location: Covenas is located in the Gulf of Morrosquillo approximately 56 miles S.S.W. of Cartagena, North Coast of Colombia. Gulf of Morrosquillo is described between San Bernardo (09 Deg 42' N., 075 Deg 42' W) and Punta Mestizo 17 miles S.S.W. At present, 3 SPM (Single Point Mooring) Buoys are placed for Oil exportation; TLU No.1, TLU No.2 and TLU No.3 |

 | GENERAL INFORMATION
Berthing night and day, weather permitting, in open water in the Gulf of Morrosquillo. A safety inspection onboard on arrival by cargo loading master prior to berthing is compulsory Manifold connections are on the port side. Ship's derrick/crane required for hoisting hoses. Tankers are required to be inert (Less than 8% oxygen) and are checked prior to loading. Water Density 1015-1025, Depending on state of Sinu River which empties into the gulf. No facilities for accepting dirty ballast or slops so vessels must arrive with clean ballast Fresh water not available locally but could in an emergency be barged from Cartagena No Bunkers available locally but can be barged from Cartagena. Garbage Disposal not available Waste oil Disposal not available No port radar service No dry dock facilities - minor repairs can be carried out through Cartagena or Barranquilla

A Catenary’s anchor, 6 lagged, SPM functioning as the main loading berth for Cano Limon and Vasconia Crude oil Exportation and is also used for loading Cusiana, Cupiagua and Castilla Crude eventually.
General Information: Location: LAT 09 Deg 29' 46" N., LONG 075 Deg 44’ 15" W. Max Displacement : 145,000 tones Max LOA : 300m Max Draft : 17.07m 2 x 16in 150 ANSI Flanged Hoses on tanker's port side. No reducers are maintained at the Terminal. 10 Tons S.W.L. Ship's derrick/Crane Max. Loading Rate : 40,000 bph Topping off Rate : 15,000 bph Max height of manifold above sea level is 15.0m. Max Distance bow to manifold is 140.0m SBT Compulsory Vessels must arrive with cargo tanks inert with a max of 8% oxygen content in cargo tanks and be capable of closed loading operation Propeller fully submerged
